Hi, and thank you for stopping by my Shop! I hope you enjoy viewing my Vintage Finds and Original Creations.

About Me: I was a Technical Writer for over 30 years, working in the IT and Cellular Industries. Then a medical condition prohibited me from continuing in that career. What to do?

I had been collecting Vintage Jewelry most of my adult life. I loved buying it in lots and restoring the broken ones to their original beauty. I created Holiday Ornaments with them for Family and Friends. Then I realized that I had accumulated way too much. When I discovered Etsy, I knew I had found my new "home". It made perfect sense for me to open a Shop. Now I can pass on the Vintage Treasures I've enjoyed and have a great excuse for continuing to go to Estate Sales, Antique Shops, and Auctions to rescue more.

You can probably tell by the items in my Shop that my favorite type of Vintage Jewelry is Rhinestones, Rhinestones, and more Rhinestones! I absolutely love Aurora Borealis (AB) Rhinestones and AB Crystal. I frequently joke that I am "addicted to AB" ... But it's probably true!

I also collect "broken" vintage jewelry to create Christmas / Holiday / Keepsake Ornaments. I love to preserve the jewelry that would have otherwise been tossed or stored in an attic or basement. Using them to create a one-of-a-kind (OOAK) Keepsake Ornament enables them to be displayed and enjoyed all year long. I coordinate the Vintage Jewelry with Vintage Trims, Fabrics, Swarovski Crystals, and Sequins. I will soon be creating assmbledges of vintage jewelry pieces to upcycle them into gorgeous, fun, on-trend jewelry.

I also design handmade original jewelry using Genuine Freshwater Pearls and Genuine Gemstones mixed with Swarovski Crystals and Crystal Rhinestones. I haven't created any new designs in a while because of the rheumatoid arthritis in my hands, but I look forward to being able to create more soon.
